Researchers must submit to the analysis of the CEPH/FGV all the research projects that involve human beings whose methodological procedures:

1. Involve obtaining data by means of direct intervention or interaction with an individual; or
2. Involve obtaining identifiable information about an individual; or
3. That can cause risks greater than those that exist in everyday life.

The cases of exemption from the analysis are detailed in art. 15 of CEPH's Internal Rules.

If your project needs evaluation by CEPH, three documents are essential:

1. Completed submission form;
2. Consent form adapted to the research;
3. Data collection instrument.

Final Degree Projects must have the advisor's consent, which can be expressed by sending an e-mail to the Committee.
